2.1 Si l’avis d’annulation est reçu au-delà de 30 jours avant la date de début du séjour, l’acompte de 30% sera conservé par le Locateur à titre de dommages et intérêts.
2.2 Si l’annulation s’effectue moins de 30 jours précédant la date de début du séjour, le Locataire sera tenu de payer la totalité du montant de la location, sauf le dépôt de sécurité qui sera retourné.
2.3 Dans la situation où le séjour devrait être annulé ou interrompu à cause de problèmes imprévus à l’immeuble (eau, électricité, etc.), la responsabilité du Locateur se limiterait au coût de la location. Les jours non utilisés seraient alors remboursés, mais aucun dédommagement additionnel ne serait accordé.

2. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION DE LA LOCATION
2.1 Si l’avis d’annulation est reçu au-delà de 30 jours avant la date de début du séjour, l’acompte de 30% sera conservé par le Locateur à titre de dommages et intérêts.
2.2 Si l’annulation s’effectue moins de 30 jours précédant la date de début du séjour, le Locataire sera tenu de payer la totalité du montant de la location, sauf le dépôt de sécurité qui sera retourné.
2.3 Dans la situation où le séjour devrait être annulé ou interrompu à cause de problèmes imprévus à l’immeuble (eau, électricité, etc.), la responsabilité du Locateur se limiterait au coût de la location. Les jours non utilisés seraient alors remboursés, mais aucun dédommagement additionnel ne serait accordé.Politique Covid
2.4 Dans les jours précédents votre arrivée, dans le cas où le gouvernement empêche l’hébergement touristique (location de chalets) ou le confinement obligatoire, le prépaiement de 30% du montant total sera utilisable en crédit pour un prochain séjour.
