Je cherche à échanger mon grand appartement de deux étages pour quelque chose de plus petit et moins cher (750$/mois max.) un peu plus au nord, soit Plateau, Mile-End, Mile-Ex, Outremont, Rosemont, Vieux-Rosemont, Villeray, Petite-Italie. Je ne suis toutefois pas fermé à rester dans le coin ou d'autres quartiers. Cela dit, il est important que les animaux (deux chats adorables) soient acceptés.
Ce que j'offre :
- Grand 4 1/2 + un grand sous-sol avec buanderie. (Entrée laveuse-sécheuse).
- Deux grandes chambres fermées avec de grands garde-robes.
- Cuisine, salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte avec beaucoup d'espaces de rangement.
- Une immense salle de bain avec baignoire et beaucoup de rangements.
- Un balcon à l'avant et à l'arrière. Celui de l'arrière est partagé, mais les autres locataires de l'immeuble sont très sympathiques.
- Deux entrées privées. (À l'avant et à l'arrière de l'immeuble).
- Logement très bien insonorisé.
- Beaucoup d'espaces de stationnement dans la rue à côté du logement. (Je n'ai jamais eu besoin de vignettes pour ma voiture).
- Calme et lumineux.
- Le loyer est de 900$/mois, rien d'inclus.L'appartement se situe à deux minutes à pieds du métro Frontenac, à une minute à pieds de deux cafés extraordinaires et cinq minutes à pieds du Carré Frontenac (Épicerie IGA, Dollarama, Bercy, Poste Canada, Familiprix, Guichets Desjardins, Centre de Boxe). Il se situe également tout près de plusieurs magnifiques parcs, dont un parc à chien, d'écoles primaires et secondaires et d'une garderie. Le tout, encore, à moins de cinq minutes à pieds.

It is also very close to several magnificent parks, including a dog park, elementary and secondary schools and a daycare centre. All this, again, less than five minutes on foot.
