Ma coloc et moi sommes toutes les deux aux doctorats présentement. Nous sommes tranquilles mais aimons partager des moments entre colocs et converser. J’ai un fils de 9 ans qui est calme, mais très sociales. C’est impératif de bien s’entendre avec lui pour la colocation.
Nous avons un chat à la maison. Il y a aussi énormément de plante comme on peut voir sur les photos et je cherche quelqu’un qui acceptera de garder les plantes dans la chambre.
Le prix inclus tout, internet, chauffage et électricité. Il y a une laveuse mais pas de sécheuse. Il y a un très grand stationnement disponible et un espace de rangement extérieur pour vélo. La chambre ainsi que l’appartement est entièrement meublé, je cherche donc une personne n’ayant pas trop d’effet personnel, mais si tout rentre dans la chambre pas de soucis!
