My wife and I are looking for someone to rent one or two rooms in our house upstairs.
We are both quiet, responsible, & hard-working young adults with no kids who are looking for similar roommate(s).
Must be friendly with cats as we have one and he can be very social! You can always just close your door if you do not want to be around him.
One of the rooms upstairs is a master bedroom with its own bathroom attached, shower included. Master bedroom has a large dresser with mirror and queen bed with bedding & pillows (this can be used by the renter, or we can move it out of the room to make room for the renter’s belongings)
