APARTMENT WANTED
I desperately need an apartment. I had rented a shared accommodation the beginning of December and 2 weeks later the person I rented from recieved a 5 day eviction notice and only told me 2 days before we got kicked out. I lost some furniture some bedding clothes tools and other stuff. I was lucky that a friend is letting me and my 2 year old German Shepherd stay with her but on the basis for only a week so by Saturday I have to have a place to call home. I'm a 57 year old male that's very clean and quiet I don't have a lot of people hanging around or loud parties. I get a disability pension of $1,300 a month plus I work around 40 hours a month that helps supplement my income. I'm looking for a place in the Hull area and my rent budget is around $1,000 a month. I have an typical sized outside car garage/large shed available for your winter or summer storage needs. I am offering it for MUCH cheaper than what a normal storage unit would cost.
The outside garage would be good for seasonal items, tires, tools and outdoor things and is only $40/mth for HALF the entire garage (approx 100sq ft). The other half is currently rented long term, so only 1 spot is still available.
Note that this is NOT suitable for car storage, as he door has gaps where mice can get in, so your stuff should be safely kept in tote boxes or be outside friendly. However, the garage does have a brand new roof and is dry inside.
TIRE STORAGE SPECIAL: If you only require a small space to store your tires over the season then I can fit you into a corner for only $50 for 6 months!
