Ensuite bedroom available for rent Feb 15 2024 in a stunning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom is bright, has tall ceilings and is spacious. Includes ensuite bathroom with shower and larger closet. The rest of the apartment is spacious and new, clean and bright. It is fully equipped with comfortable furniture and decor. I am looking for a roommate for myself and my cat, Stella. Must be okay with cats, and no other pets will be considered for the apartment unfortunately. My cat is absolutely lovely and extremely friendly, however only one pet is allowed as per Strate. The location is in the Colours building, above Yew Street Food Hall, close to Red Beard, Logjam Coffee, The Independent grocery store and many other conveniences. Everything you need is nearby, very walk friendly and a bus stop is a minute walk for both the #1 and #2 bus lines. Situated on the second floor, this apartment also comes with an outdoor parking spot included in rent as I don’t drive and do not require it. The unit is also surprisingly soundproof, I had some concerns moving in about the food hall below but it’s wild how little you hear in this unit. Apartment includes indoor secured bike storage as well. There’s alot of cool markets that take place at Yew Street so there’s always something cool to check out.
