My Husband and I both work full-time. I am a registered care aide and he is a forester with a local company in town. We have a 2.5 year old daughter.
We are looking for a home that is pet friendly as we have 2 medium sized dogs and 1 hypoallergenic cat. All 3 are fixed and well trained. My shepherd was trained by a professional trainer back home in ontario to ensure she is well suited for rental units and around children, family and other pets. My boarder collie is trained and registered as an ESA. We have multiple references for our pets and are more than willing to pay a pet deposit if it would make you feel more comfortable with renting your home.
We are hoping for a budget around 1600+ or 2000 inclusive, but price is always negotiable for the right place :) We have excellent references and have also been caretakers for other units. We are currently living out of town and would like to give our landlord full notice before moving!
