About the home: I am the owner of a 5bdrm / 2bath home in VDM, just off Chemin Sauve, near Perkins. I am interested in renting/subleasing the lower level of the house, which includes 2 large bedrooms (unfurnished), bathroom, and a spacious living room area (partially furnished) as part of a shared accommodation (I occupy the main floor). The lower level of the home is not a stand-alone unit, A full kitchen, laundry, garage and laundry would be shared access. Utilities (Hydro, heat, water and internet) are included. Internet service is decent for remote work and streaming, however fiber is not yet available in this area for faster speeds.
About me: Full-time employee of the Federal Government, working from home ~50% of the time, no pets (though open to tenant with pets, within reasonable behavior), I keep the home clean and tidy with the intent of selling within the next 2-3 years as an investment property.
About you: Ideally, given that some spaces will be shared, I would like to find a responsible, employed, respectful tenant. Terms, conditions, costs etc. of the rent are open to negotiation.

We have TWO 3 bedroom units available in Prescott. Both units do not have a bathtub they only have a large shower. Large back deck off master bedroom and garage with laundry in unit. Comes with fridge, stove, washer and dryer and dishwasher. Small pets are welcome. Both units could be available as early as Jan 15. Units are $1750 all inclusive and first and last are due upon signing of lease.
