I'm a 30-something events professional and work from home during the day from a desk in the main room. I aim to keep the apartment as a productive space Monday-Friday until about 5pm or so. Two/Three nights a week I work evenings and will be out.
The ideal roommate is a young professional/mature student/new arrival to Vancouver who can respect the space and help keep it clean and organized.
