Let's use TeamViewer, a free screen-sharing computer-program. With TeamViewer, both people can be looking @ 1-person's screen (yours or mine) simultaneously, talk to each-other, & control-&-use the cursor.
Just using our phones for the talking-to-each-other-part is the easiest I have found. With the program already installed https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/teamviewer-automatic-download/ by both of us, we start by phone-calling each other, & I can guide you on how to start the screen-sharing. Start a timer once it's all set up & working.

* This is not a scam. There is an honest, reasonable person on the other end of this ad, ready to work/draft. I keep honest hours & work as fast as I can. I don't start an hour-timer until I've sat down, have your project/drawing open, & are beginning to start working on it. *

Without any initial-payment, on good-faith I'm willing to start working on your project, up to $100 worth of hours/work. Will send you progress-updates every few days. Progress-updates in the form of screenshots, showing where your drawings are @ presently, & my hours($$) so far. Keeping us both in-the-loop, & accountable. The screenshots are lower-quality visually, as to not be sufficient-enough in quality for people to just print & use those & not pay me. When my work-hours hit one of the payment benchmarks (see next paragraph), I'll send an invoice/payment-request (invoice template shown at the very-end/bottom of this document) the latest screenshots showing the completed drawings. I'll then request all unpaid hours be paid. When a payment is requested, work on your project will pause if not received within 2-days. Every time you pay, I will give you a copy of all of the computer files related to your project @ their current state. The computer files being…the exported multi-page PDF-file of the drawings, as well as the AutoCAD/SketchUp file (in case you need it later).

The next paragraph applies mainly to longer-running architectural-type projects.
I would like to be paid intermittently as the project goes on, & not just 1-lump-sum @ the end. This is for my payment-security type reasons. When the hours/bill gets to the ~$100 mark, I will show you what I have done so far, & request to be paid that. After that, I want to be paid @ ~$200 intervals.
This is what I mean:
-When the total hours/bill gets to $100, $100 will need to be paid. (A smaller, early/initial payment, to show me you are serious about this & will be paying your bills.)
-When the total hours/bill gets to $300, $200 more will need to be paid.
-When the total hours/bill gets to $600, $300 more will need to be paid.

I'm sick and tired of the Nova Scotia health authoritie insinuating that I'm delusional when I call them out on their guilt along with hrm police guilt and my families and extended peer group guilt I'm soooo done time to pay me !!!!!
Not to mention the obvious but haha being forced to trust the same organizations that the guilt of their fellow employees and extended organization hold without their acknowledgement is the largest insult this born and raised Canadian ever thought I would have to face every time I mention anything of the later period huge insult on their behalf!
Not worried about the Reputations of the mental health authoritie or hrm police for I understand the crimes committed against me not to mention the decades of lies and false beliefs created by my Unlawful family and constantly believed by the 2 guilty government organizations mentioned which has hampered my ability to be a truly free Canadian and definitely hampered my ability to have any sort of monetary success huge insult Canada I'm a shackly kid lol
2 birdies in a nest syndrome... but do you really think a small little birdie could actually kill a man like me lol but even more important issue is what usually happens when parents and elders encourage small little birdie and it survives into adulthood? Hehe I almost died period! The little birdie tried to end her brother's life 9 ish years ago because of her and her husband's unattainable fantasies with use of injections and constant strangulation for a 24 hour period with the HRM police assistance. At one point during that night I managed to get free and started running down green village lane but the police officer outside on site told me to get back in the house 183 I did not listen. Why would I because the entire reason I was running was to get away from the murder attempt that they assisted.with no avail for my sisters husband now carried me back in with a blind eye of the officer outside at that time!Their constant assault was aloud to continue. I deserve to be compensated handsomely.
My shadow is huge pretty much nuclear scale!I don't care who the guilty are or how influential their families are nor do I care about what their place of employment is at the time and or now. For I don't care about mine!

We at Barlaf Construction pride ourselves in doing stunning projects and keeping the project site organized and clean. Barlaf Construction has been in business for 8 years in the Kamloops (TNRD) area.
Most of the time we work in Sunpeaks, Chase, Scotch Creek, Merritt, Monte Lake, Cache creek and Kamloops. We would do other projects further out of town.
