Vous trouverez un jardin privatif avec barbecue et transats, une place de parking privé.

Québécoise installée en Martinique depuis 2015, je vous propose mon 3 ½ pour passer des vacances au chaud ! L’appartement est situé dans le village des Trois-Îlets dans une résidence sécurisée et calme avec une place de parking privative. Il dispose d’une chambre climatisée pourvue d’un lit ainsi que d’un divan lit dans le salon pour accueillir 4 personnes. La salle de bain est pourvue d’une douche. Vous trouverez une cuisine totalement équipée ainsi qu’une salle à manger sur la terrasse ouverte. L’appartement est non fumeur.
L'appartement dispose de matériel de repassage, d'un aspirateur, d'une machine à laver, d'un ventilateur. Le linge de maison est fourni (serviettes et draps). Une connexion WiFi est également disponible.

Modest, older and clean 3-story villa with 6 air-conditioned bedrooms plus attached bathroom with shower. A 7th bedroom (attached to lower level king room) is available but is without air-conditioning; ceiling fan only - for a max of 14 guests. Most bedrooms equipped with cable television and some with safes. Additional shared half-bath on main floor next to kitchen. Top floor is an open-air covered patio with a billiards table, seating and one heck of a view. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, bright air-conditioned common room with lots of seating, books, a TV with large DVD collection, and a balcony with sun chairs. Kitchen, bar, outdoor covered dining area and remaining bedrooms on main floor.
