It is situated in a friendly 55 and over gated park on Avenue B (near Walmart neighbourhood stores) with green grass which has a clean fresh feel to it. Kitchen is full of cooking equipment. Also has BBQ, Air conditioning and heating. Utilities (power not included). Water and cable included in price. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse.The park has a hot tub, warm swimming pool. There is a bus stop near the front gates.
The clubhouse has functions like card playing (Whist, Kaiser, Bridge, Crib, Canasta etc) yoga, line dancing, swim exercise, billiards, card making, sewing, shuffle board and sign up for golf, pickle ball, hiking and meals.
Security gate closes at 7 pm and opens at 7 am. There is a refundable deposit of $50.00 for the Gate remote that will be refunded upon return of the remote control

This home is in a gated community on Ave B near the Walmart Neighbourhood Store. It is a Park Model one bedroom trailer with a Queen bed (our 2 twin beds). It is situated in a friendly 55 and over park with green grass in between the units that gives off a feeling of freshness. There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on the patio. Heating/Airconditioning unit and full bathroom. Price does not include power. Price includes water & cable.
The park has a swimming pool, hot tub and a clubhouse. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse. There is public transportation approximately half a block from our front gate.
The Space - This is an excellent home for dental and medical visits to Mexico. Come and enjoy beautiful warm weather from October through April. The place is furnished and includes a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, towels, linens and tons of other other stuff. As a guest you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub and areas within the park. Guests also have access to the clubhouse and the functions like card playing, line dancing, yoga, billiards, sewing, card making, shuffle board, swim exercises in addition to signing up for hiking, pickle ball, golf, and meals. Interaction with guests You will have this home all to yourself and is not shared with others. Other things to note No smoking – smoking is not allowed inside or near the doorways or windows. No pets No parties. Guests should not create excessive noise at levels that disturb neighbours GATE - There is a security gate that closed automatically at 7 pm and opens again at 7 am. There is a $50.00 deposit for the “Gate remote control device” so remember to leave it on the table when you depart so that you get your deposit back.

My husband and I are owners with Wyndham Vacation Resorts and have access to accommodations at all of their 4-5 Star Resorts, that are located mainly throughout the US, but also in Canada, Australia Europe etc.
We own too many points and can't use all of them each year, which is why we are able to rent out to people, such as yourselves.

Units are full Condo style with kitchens and all that you need included, just as if you are at home.
