My husband and I are owners with Wyndham Vacation Resorts and have access to accommodations at all of their 4-5 Star Resorts, that are located mainly throughout the US, but also in Canada, Australia Europe etc.
We own too many points and can't use all of them each year, which is why we are able to rent out to people, such as yourselves.

Units are full Condo style with kitchens and all that you need included, just as if you are at home.

At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. Le condo comporte une chambre fermée, une salle de bain complète et une deuxième salle d’eau, la cuisine , salon et salle à manger.Il est doté d’un climatiseur central ,la télé intelligente et internet haute vitesse illimitée. La cuisine et toute équipée, Il y a un salle de lavage sur chaque étage. Vous avez accès à la piscine et la terrace aux chaises longues et barbecue au gaz. Vous avez aussi une place de stationnement privé clôturé avec accès contrôlé par une barrière automatique. L’immeuble a un ascenseur et le condo se trouve au 3e étage.
