Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2 bedrooms loft, 2.5 bathrooms, Located on the beach of Banderas Bay-Nuevo Vallarta. This condo sleeps 2-6 people. Offers a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with gorgeous maintained gardens.
The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.
This complex offers a beautiful gated and secured community in Nuevo Vallarta, has two infinity pools and a wet pool on the beach.
The unit provides Smart TV, WIFI Internet connection and it is in close proximity to neighbouring resorts (the Riu Palace Pacifico Hotel and Riu Jalisco Resort) so you can participate in many activities down the beach.
Flamingos Golf Course is only 5 min drive (Unit provide one set of golf clubs) . There is a bus stop at the front of the condo building. If required free parking is also available.
It is located approximately 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, close to the Paradise Village Plaza shopping area, walking distance to MEGA food mall and the picturesque town of Bucerias; there you can find restaurants, local markets, and mingle with the friendly local culture.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is 25 minutes drive where you can find markets, restaurants and local flare.

Au rez-de-chaussée, dans le très grand hall d’entrée, tel un petit studio indépendant, se trouvent les deux premières chambres, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec wc.
Au premier étage, et rez-de-jardin avec accès piscine, une cuisine entièrement équipée, moderne et fonctionnelle, un salon et plusieurs espaces de détente et de repas s’ouvrent sur une immense terrasse bénéficiant d’une splendide vue. L’ensemble forme une vaste pièce de vie de 200m² ! Toujours à cet étage, et bénéficiant de cette même splendide vue, se trouvent de part et d’autre de l’espace de vie, deux belles chambres avec chacune une salle d’eau privative avec wc, ainsi qu’une buanderie, un cellier et de nombreux rangements.
Le dernier étage dispose, quant à lui, d’une spacieuse suite parentale de 38 m² composée d’une chambre, d’un salon avec canapé convertible, d’une grande salle d’eau, de wc séparés et d’une terrasse de 28m² depuis laquelle vous pourrez admirer une très belle vue sur la mer, le village et les mornes. La sixième chambre, sur ce même étage, côté jardin, est équipée de deux lits simples à baldaquins, d’une salle d’eau attenante avec wc.
À l’extérieur, un jardin tropical, avec de belles essences (palmiers royaux, tiarés, ylang ylang, bougainvilliers, frangipanier, citronniers, oiseaux de paradis, manguier, fruit du dragon….), une piscine à débordement (couloir de nage 12m x 2,5m) et différentes terrasses aménagées vous permettront de profiter agréablement du soleil des Antilles !
L’accès aux deux emplacements de stationnement situés sous la villa est assez pentu (comme souvent en Martinique !) et nécessite de disposer d’un véhicule de type SUV ou, pour le moins, d’un véhicule qui ne soit pas rabaissé. Il y a également la possibilité de vous garer gratuitement dans la rue avec plusieurs places disponibles devant la villa.

This is a very well-designed attractive villa. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and layout. We were both impressed by the tasteful decorative touches from the dried flowers to tile mosaics on the walls. An example of the design is the large built in closets in the upstairs bedrooms. I have never stayed in a rental with as much closet and drawer space. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The beds were all comfortable. The villa is spacious both in the grounds and inside. Where some may have been tempted to have 4 or 5 bedrooms, the 3 good sized bedroom and large living areas given a certain dignity and sense of spaciousness. The kitchen was well equipped as far as pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The appliances all worked.
There was a beautiful view of the valley from this hillside location from both inside the villa and the outside terraces and pool deck. One can see Alvor, Lagos and Portimao along the coast and amazing twinkling lights at night time. The villa and around the pool deck is very private. The villa is set well back from the road down a steep dead end lane and so no passing traffic. The location gives a sense of peacefulness.
We walked into the lovely town of Monchique a few times and also ate at the nice restaurant at the top of the lane - O Luar da Foia, rated highly in Tripadvisor. You need to be reasonably fit given the road is steep. Monchique has a large modern InterMarche supermarket and some smaller grocery stores and butcher shops. There are also a number of pleasant cafes. There is a large shopping mall in Portimao. A car is recommended. If you have one, the villa makes a good base for exploring the region.
The west coast is about 30 min away by secondary road, while Portimao and the A22 main tollway is about 15 min south. We went as far as Odeceixe in the north west. Despite the weather during or stay in November, we were able to use the pool a bit when the sun was shining. We would not hesitate to rent from Nigel again. He was easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions. Given its high quality, the villa is a real bargain in the low and shoulder season. Highly recommend it.-TripAdvisor

The space
This first floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large dresser, a desk, a TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and private bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hall across the bedroom.
The living room has a large sofa bed and 2 extra seating, a TV and ceiling fan and next to it there´s a high dining table for 4. The kitchen is a spacious place and is fully equipped with its stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc., and it also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. By the kitchen there are the washer and dryer machines and a back exit door.
At the front of the apartment there is a balcony/terrace with an exterior dining table for 4, and you get access from the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment has private Wi-fi, TV cable, a phone and A/C.
