We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. At this time of year (high season) she only charges $33/night and up to $42/night approximately. The larger room can sleep more than 2.

I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. Our condo is a spacious 1546 square foot, one-storey, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home nestled in the quiet, southwest corner of the famed gated community of Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage.
Mission Hills Country Club is an excellent central location – just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, the airport, El Paseo and many other restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking and biking options.
Our renovated and upgraded end unit home is very clean and tastefully decorated. We love the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and all the light that streams in from the many windows. The private, covered back patio off the living/dining area has a BBQ and seating area and opens onto a green belt with mature, groomed trees and the famous Dinah Shore golf course. Some say that our home has Mission Hills’ best panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains and we agree!
The main bedroom is huge with a king sized bed, large closet and vaulted ceilings. It features an ensuite and a separate area for reading, working, exercising or doing yoga.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a bathroom across the hall that also serves as the main bathroom.
Our large, renovated kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs including new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that is open to the living/dining room. Across from the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is one covered parking spot adjacent to our front door and guest parking nearby.
A refundable security deposit of 500 USD will be returned once our home is confirmed to be left in good condition. The monthly rent includes utilities and cleaning service upon your departure. Our home is pet-free and smoke-free.
