Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). There are McDonalds, Restaurants, grocery stores, hardware and department stores, local market places. Its not a "gates community of 2-3 buildings" - its a "gated AREA" of ~5km by ~5km. Condo building has year-round outdoor pools, gym, sauna, social areas with air-hockey, table tennis, billiard and other games. We are not hotel - so daily cleaning is your responsibility - please use dishwasher and mop the floor as needed.

Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Bonjour. Avis aux intéressés. Notre condo situé en plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen est encore disponible pour quelques semaines cet été et cet automne. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Si vous craignez le bruit…pas de problème la chambre est munie d’une fenêtre anti-bruit pour un sommeil profond. Si vous êtes intéressé, communiquez avec moi en privé pour des prix avantageux. Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2 bedrooms loft, 2.5 bathrooms, Located on the beach of Banderas Bay-Nuevo Vallarta. This condo sleeps 2-6 people. Offers a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with gorgeous maintained gardens.
The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.
This complex offers a beautiful gated and secured community in Nuevo Vallarta, has two infinity pools and a wet pool on the beach.
The unit provides Smart TV, WIFI Internet connection and it is in close proximity to neighbouring resorts (the Riu Palace Pacifico Hotel and Riu Jalisco Resort) so you can participate in many activities down the beach.
Flamingos Golf Course is only 5 min drive (Unit provide one set of golf clubs) . There is a bus stop at the front of the condo building. If required free parking is also available.
It is located approximately 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, close to the Paradise Village Plaza shopping area, walking distance to MEGA food mall and the picturesque town of Bucerias; there you can find restaurants, local markets, and mingle with the friendly local culture.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is 25 minutes drive where you can find markets, restaurants and local flare.
For quick shopping there is convenient store and Drug Store just in minutes from the condo.
There are no additional charges; the only extra is to leave $45.00 on the last day of your stay for the condo cleaning service.

We have a bedroom (queen size) with private bath in our house in the Marina area of Mazatlan (Club Mediterraneo) on the Pacific coast. The clean and quiet residence includes security, pools (small/large) and tennis courts. Walking distance to restaurants, Walmart and Galerias mall. A Canadian woman with her daughter (both bilingual) would like to rent a bedroom in our home on a weekly/monthly basis. Includes private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, large closet and a parking space. Make use of the house laundry, kitchen and patio.
