I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total. Depending on availability, the room can either be ocean or mountain view (pictures provided for both views). There is daily in-room housekeeping service and a central laundry area.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Bahama Bay Resort, Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions.
The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, in total sleeping a maximum of 6. The living room and master bedroom each lead onto their own balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a bath, while the second bathroom has a generous walk-in shower. The washing machine and dryer make any amount of laundry an effortless task.

Ours is a cozy, comfortable home with mountain views. It is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each building. Our place has one bedroom with queen sized bed and so is ideally suited for two guests. However, if you wish, there is an air mattress available for your use in the event that you have overnight guests or children. We have a well-appointed kitchen for your cooking needs. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
What you will love about this neighbourhood:
We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and 6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis courts, pickle ball, and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountain and throughout the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area, complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is "desert hot" in the summer. That's for certain. However, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers summer passes, where you can escape the summer heat at the top of the mountain. This is a good thing! The Summer Pass is available from May 1st, 2024 - $85.00 Adults & Seniors (65+) and $45.00 Children (ages 3-10). The tramway is literally down the street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios, then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as "Village Fest" - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a beautiful mountain village within an hour's drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home base to explore the area.

I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit. My friend has listings on A i r b n b. However, if you would like to avoid the taxes and fees you can contact her directly. If you have any questions at all, just ask me. I have vacationed here for 6 years and have been 12 times. Just ask me. I have added the pictures on her website but also a few of my own. At this time of year (high season) she only charges $33/night and up to $42/night approximately. The larger room can sleep more than 2.

What you will love about this home:
Ours is a cozy, comfortable home with mountain views. It is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each building. Our place has one bedroom with queen sized bed and so is ideally suited for two guests. However, if you wish, there is an air mattress available for your use in the event that you have overnight guests or children. We have a well-appointed kitchen for your cooking needs. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
What you will love about this neighbourhood:
We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and 6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis courts, pickle ball, and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountain and throughout the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area, complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is "desert hot" in the summer. That's for certain. However, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers summer passes, where you can escape the summer heat at the top of the mountain. This is a good thing! The Summer Pass is available from May 1st, 2024 - $85.00 Adults & Seniors (65+) and $45.00 Children (ages 3-10). The tramway is literally down the street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios, then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as "Village Fest" - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a beautiful mountain village within an hour's drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home base to explore the area.
