We are looking for the perfect family to rent this 3 bedroom, 1 bath cabin for the 2024 summer season (May 20, 2024 to September 29, 2024). Price is $15,000 +tax. Includes internet and utilities. Boat slip is an additional charge of $925+tax.
The cabin is waterfront with a huge deck for taking in all the views. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up delicious meals. The family room is all set for relaxation and quality time. The Wintergreen yurt will offer you a moment of tranquility and relaxation in the middle of the forest. Perched on stilts, the enchanting setting of the pines will allow you to disconnect and let go. Wintergreen is a 20' off-grid yurt. A 2 bedroom lakefront cottage with a 3 season gazebo facing Lake Winnipeg, a perfect place to watch the sunrise.
The open concept living area has 2 large couches, a 55 inch TV with Bell Satellite, and wood fireplace. The kitchen has a seating area, full fridge and stove. It is stocked with dishes, cutlery and cookware. There is a microwave, toaster and regular coffee pot. The gazebo opens from the living room where you will find another seating area.
2 spacious bedrooms can accommodate a total of 6 people with a queen bed in the master and a queen bed and one twin bunk bed in the other bedroom. A full surround stand up shower highlights a full bathroom with a vanity and toilet.
There is a deck out back with a propane BBQ which is available for your use. There is a firepit area near the shore rocks as well. We have lawn chairs in the veranda that can be used by the fire. We supply one propane tank and fire wood.
