Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2 bedrooms loft, 2.5 bathrooms, Located on the beach of Banderas Bay-Nuevo Vallarta. This condo sleeps 2-6 people. Offers a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with gorgeous maintained gardens.
The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.
This complex offers a beautiful gated and secured community in Nuevo Vallarta, has two infinity pools and a wet pool on the beach.
The unit provides Smart TV, WIFI Internet connection and it is in close proximity to neighbouring resorts (the Riu Palace Pacifico Hotel and Riu Jalisco Resort) so you can participate in many activities down the beach.
Flamingos Golf Course is only 5 min drive (Unit provide one set of golf clubs) . There is a bus stop at the front of the condo building. If required free parking is also available.
It is located approximately 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, close to the Paradise Village Plaza shopping area, walking distance to MEGA food mall and the picturesque town of Bucerias; there you can find restaurants, local markets, and mingle with the friendly local culture.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is 25 minutes drive where you can find markets, restaurants and local flare.
For quick shopping there is convenient store and Drug Store just in minutes from the condo.
There are no additional charges; the only extra is to leave $45.00 on the last day of your stay for the condo cleaning service.

Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Bonjour. Avis aux intéressés. Notre condo situé en plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen est encore disponible pour quelques semaines cet été et cet automne. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Si vous craignez le bruit…pas de problème la chambre est munie d’une fenêtre anti-bruit pour un sommeil profond. Si vous êtes intéressé, communiquez avec moi en privé pour des prix avantageux. Superbe maison intime et chaleureuse à louer pour vos vacances au Mexique.
Si vous voulez essayer quelque chose d'autre que des immenses hotels à 900 chambres chacun sans intimité et seulement avec une formule tout-inclus, c'est la parfaite maison pour vous. Vous pourriez vraiment goûter à la culture mexicaine et essayer tout ce que ce coin de paradis vous offre.La maison comprend 2 chambres à coucher, des portes coulissantes dans chaque chambre à coucher avec accès au coin jardin et patio en arrière de la maison, 3 ACs, WIFI, safe, lits Kings dans chaque chambre, cuisine équipée, stationnement privé, proximité de restaurants, d'épiceries, de magasins et à 3.5km de la plage de Puerto Morelos et de la plongée sous-marine. Garderobes, smart TV, coin patio et jardin privé, etc.
La ville de Puerto Morelos est une ville entre Cancun et Playa del Carmen mais où il y a moins de touristes ce qui fait que vous allez passer du temps sous le soleil sans être toujours entouré de touristes ou d'attrapes-touristes. Nous sommes les propriétaires de la maison et nous avons également une autre maison que nous louons, celle-ci a 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain- demandez nous pour ses disponibilités si vous êtes interessés.l'Aéroport International de Cancun est à 20 km de la maison.
La ville de Cancun et la ville de Playa del Carmen sont également à 20 km de la maison.
La ville de Tulum et Akumal sont également dans la même région.Tous les commodités sont accessibles à pied.
Pour vous rendre à la plage, un collectivo passe à 2 pas de la maison et vous coutera 0,50$.Nous avons des disponibilités à partir du mois de Mai 2023.
