The downstairs bathroom was installed new in 2010 during the renovation and features a tub/shower with toilet and sink.
The yard has numerous outbuildings including two chicken coops with fenced pens, we used one for chickens and one for turkeys. Ther is a large pen for goats/sheep and a large dog pen. A garden shed for garden tools, a storage shed we use for garbage and extra horse tack, an additional self standing building we use as spare bedroom for overflow guests, open 3 stall barn and animal shelter, sea can wired with lights and power and a Cariboo property is not complete with out an outhouse! There is nice large lawn with fruit trees, tamarack, shrubberies and flower beds. There is a large garden with raised beds and a small greenhouse. Extensive clearing has been done to create a clear fire break around all important structures.
A new 30x40 workshop was completed in 2014 and is properly permitted and has hot/cold running water with heat from the wood boiler.
