There is a huge eat-in kitchen on the main floor, furnished with a large table and chairs. It even has an additional chest freezer to save money on bulk food purchases. When the weather doesn't cooperate you can find some relaxation in the large furnished living room and when you really cannot avoid doing laundry any longer you have a main floor, full size washer and dryer at your disposal. My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a spare bedroom in our townhouse.
We would like someone to move in as early as March 1st but we are open to a later date. We have provided photos of our place in this post.It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse located in Charlottetown. The unit is a 5-minute walk from Holland College and a 10-minute walk from downtime. There are a lot of restaurants and bus stops within walking distance.
