I am looking for a roommate to share rent in a two bedroom duplex in Cornwall.
Roommate will have their own bedroom but will share living space, I.e kitchen, living, room laundry, bathroom, etc.
You must be gainfully employed or have student funding and willing to sign a one year lease.
I have 2 medium to large size dogs therefore comfortability with both dogs is a must.
Full rent is $1900 per month split 50/50
Roommates portion of rent is $950.00 plus other utilities (electric/wifi) which will also be split 50/50.
Damage deposit is $950 due on lease signing.
Duplex is near bus route for easy transport into Charlottetown. Please inbox for details.
