Job Description:Job Description We are looking for Commercial Support Coordinator for our Industry & Water Sales team. Located at our Varennes, Quebec office, this role will provide support to regional Sales and for bid activities. Industry & Water supports municipalities and water intensive industries in the efficient and sustainable utilization of resources. In water treatment, we help in optimizing every stage of the water cycle. Kemira helps municipalities, private operators and water intensive industries in the transition towards circular economy by enabling water reuse and improved water treatment efficiency at every stage of water management. Responsibilities: Sales Support (30-50%):Originate all CARA on behalf of I&W sales team and ensure timely closureManage notification/claims process on behalf of sales by collecting and entering essentialinformationManage customer request for information to include SDS, TDS, pricing or other information (audits, certifications, PRSA)Assist sales team with A/R issues, billing blocks, customer & sales sample requests and other needs as requiredCoordination and administration of Cognibox and similar safety management tools for sales teamCreate purchase requisitions and assist with creation of new vendors for purchase requisitionsEnter sample requests for shipping to customer from CMC and East Chicago lab upon sales request Bid Coordination (40-65%):Review websites daily for potential new opportunitiesCreate sales cases in My Sales and write up details for all bids and send to pertinent peopleCoordinate movement of sales cases through the bid process, update and close as necessaryBid tracking, read and summarize bid requirements, assemble bid packages, ship and confirm bid receipt by customer, follow-up and collect bid opening resultsCollaborate with Account Manager, Product Line Management, Regional Sales Managers, and Lab on open bids to ensure timely submissionObtain, clarify, and update all missing pertinent information from municipalityRequest Certificate of Insurance and Bid bondsMaintain and update customer reference dataReview bid packages assembled by other Commercial Support Coordinators Sales Coordination (10-15%)New customer set-upFirst line Kemira I&W Inquiry (website)- track and follow-upTradeshows: enter leads into MySales for sales follow-up What we offer:Best-in-class colleagues, expertise and collaboration tools that let you perform at your bestVariety in day-to-day tasks, and regular interaction with cross functional teams including butnot limited to Accounts Receivable, Product Management, Marketing and Customer ServiceCompetitive total compensation package including group health benefits and retirement savings What you need:Excellent business communication in French and English, both verbal and written requiredMinimum five (5) years relevant experience in customer service, marketing, purchasing or logisticsAssociates degree preferred or equivalent experienceDetail oriented with the ability to accurately and effectively handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneouslyExperience with SAP databaseFlexible working style with an ability to work independently, multi-tasking with limited supervision, and as part of a team, coordinating efforts and working effectively with othersStrong work ethic with an aptitude to learn new things, processes and systemsExcellent time management in a fast-paced environment, organizational & interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of all MS Office Applications- strong working knowledge of Excel is beneficial Join Kemira and create better every day For more information, visit kemira.com/careers.
