Principales responsabilitésAssurer la coordination avec les directeurs pour veiller à ce que les exigences en matière de formation soient satisfaites pour les nouveaux employés et les employés existants;Effectuer le suivi des rapports quotidiens et audits réguliers des succursales;Effectuer le suivi des soldes négatifs de bouteilles de la succursale et aide à la résolution des problèmes lorsqu’ils se présentent;Maintenir le site intranet de l’établissement afin de garantir l’archivage correct des documents de l’exploitation;S’assurer de l’approvisionnement et de la gestion des stocks de consommables de la production en temps opportun pour l’établissement;Commander et tenir à jour l’inventaire des documents imprimés, le cas échéant;Coordonner le programme formel d’observation de tâches/employés et en surveiller l’achèvement pour tous les employés des opérations dans l’ensemble de la province;Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients (téléphone, télécopie, courrier, courriel) dans les délais impartis;Faciliter le paiement des factures en faisant la promotion des divers outils logiciels mis à la disposition de nos clients;Couvrir les congés des membres de l’équipe (vacances, maladie, etc.) et les remplacer au besoin;Préparer la correspondance de bureau selon les besoins;Autres tâches en fonction de l’évolution des besoins de l’entreprise;Acheter et expédier des produits depuis d’autres sites si nécessaire.
