When it will be up and running, the new Valley Line LRT is 10 blocks away. Laundry (do it yourself), utilities, Internet is included in the rent. Damage deposit will be $800.00. Rent will never go up. You will have access to your own full size fridge/freezer downstairs. Access to the pool table, living room and dining room upstairs and outside backyard and BBQ. Kitchen will be shared. I do not have cable, but subscribe to Netflix. You will need to have your own TV. Parking is available on the street. The room is available immediately.
