Looking for a 35+ Female roommate who is working full time at a stable job, quiet, clean, non-smoker and OK with small dogs, I have one. I will not accept animals from a renter. I will require credit references, before moving in. I live in a quiet neighbourhood, two blocks from Mill Woods golf course clubhouse. Bus stop is 1 1/2 blocks away. When it will be up and running, the new Valley Line LRT is 10 blocks away. Laundry (do it yourself), utilities, Internet is included in the rent. Damage deposit will be $800.00. Rent will never go up. You will have access to your own full size fridge/freezer downstairs. Access to the pool table, living room and dining room upstairs and outside backyard and BBQ. Kitchen will be shared. I do not have cable, but subscribe to Netflix. You will need to have your own TV. Parking is available on the street. The room is available immediately.

I do have good references and financial report and I do not smoke cigarettes or Marijuana but I don't mind of you do... I am 420friendly most all my friends do it. I'm a non drinker and non druggie non partyer " yea i sound boring " but it keeps my rental record good I'm sure so I usually play video games and watch movies or work on Art when I'm not working and usually just stay in my room but I do mingle with the roomie I am social very good chill guy and open minded non judgemental and more in alternative/metal/Gothic/ lifestyle so in other words good taste in music but I do always keep my music and video games at a decent level of volume. And I always pay on time and sometimes ahead of time.
What I do for a living = I'm a mobile home investor and land and I also rent out campers to workers weekly sometimes monthly I also have two other side businesses that slowly coming along one is a junk removal and moving and the other is photography and video but working on equipment for it Thats everything in a nutshell.
My story= well I came to Edmonton to restart my mobile home investing venture about a year or so and been staying in friends basement because its the price I required and reason for Edmonton because I got screwed over by a Red deer company for demolition of couple mobile homes which put me in debt.. long story short I paid a company to remove mobile homes and since they just took my money without doing the removal I had to pay the lot rent for those two mobile homes that were supposed to be demolished and removed so i didn't have to pay those lots.. since they did that to me I had to fix my financial situation by selling my three mobile homes and pay for new demolition and removal and get out of debt. So Edmonton is where I want to build my mobile home business instead and start all over again but in Edmonton area
Why Edmonton? My mom lives on Whyte ave and I have family in the city so figured I'd be close to everyone and have more business opportunities here in Edmonton..
I'm looking to be closer to my mom on Whyte ave so anywhere by university or on or around the 82ave from 99st to 112st or 114st locations is my target.

We are looking to rent our basement out as soon as possible. Located in The Orchards, south of Ellerslie. We are a 5 minute drive from the grocery store and convenience stores just 3 minutes away. The Henday is a 10 minute drive and the QE11 is 6 minutes away.
The basement is a large space, approximately 600sqft. You will have your own living room, entertainment room, bedroom, linen closet, and full bath. There is shared under stair storage and the furnace room in the basement as well.
The main floor is shared, it has an entertaining area, laundry, and kitchen.
