I have a certificate for a 7-Night Stay at Four Diamond Luxury Mexico Resort in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Acapulco, Los Cabos or Puerto Peñasco for 2 Adults and 2 kids (under 12).
I'm selling because I am no longer using it, so trying to recoup some of my money; hence the deal.
The Certificate is good for 7 nights/ 8 days in :
Master Room Studio (accommodates 2 Adults and 2 Kids under 12) at The Four Diamonds The Grand Mayan Vidanta Resort in México. The certificate includes only the accommodations.
There are no blackout dates however it is subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for the $22.00 USD per night Resort Fee hospitality taxes upon resort arrival, this includes:

We have a bedroom (queen size) with private bath in our house in the Marina area of Mazatlan (Club Mediterraneo) on the Pacific coast. The clean and quiet residence includes security, pools (small/large) and tennis courts. Walking distance to restaurants, Walmart and Galerias mall. A Canadian woman with her daughter (both bilingual) would like to rent a bedroom in our home on a weekly/monthly basis. Includes private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, large closet and a parking space. Make use of the house laundry, kitchen and patio. A beautiful, modern condo with security and gated parking, 200 meters from the beach and 200 meters from 5th Avenue, Playa's main drag. Located in the north, quieter part of Playa del Carmen. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom could be set up as a king or 2 twin beds.
2nd bedroom also has a small folding couch for children up to 10-years-old.
Kitchen is fully equipped while the balcony has a full size BBQ.
