COLD WATER SWIMMING !!!

HI !!!

ever since the heat wave this summer i have been going to the long lake pond on herring cove road swimming to cool down. i thought that i want to get in as much time as possible in the water as possible prior to the winter coming on. well i go every day to the pond and swim. i was in yesterday for 1/2 hour. burrrrr !!

the benefits of cold water immersion are many, so i now have decided to go everyday no matter what to go for a dip!

anyone interested in joining in on the fun give me a shout and we all can meet anywhere not just that body of water!!

i feel absolutely great health wise since doing this !!!
