Toshio is a Composer, Piano/Theory/Guitar Teacher, RCM and Jazz Accompanist located in Toronto. He’s taught for nearly 11 years both privately and in schools across the Greater Toronto Area. He studied Piano with Christina Petrowska Quilico, a student of the legendary Rosina Lhevinne, composition with Keith Sokol, and Guitar with Faculty of Humber College. Toshio teaches various styles of composition to beginning, intermediate and advanced musicians - theory, Ableton, Max/Msp/Jitter, Logic, FMOD, Bandlab, Sonar, and virtual instruments. As a composer, he scores for films, games, stock libraries and writes pop/rock beats for singers. His students receive high marks on exams and have won 1st place prizes in provincial competitions. For online lessons, he uses an audio routing software that enables students to receive clear sound from his Piano.
Toshio regularly prepares students for recitals, competitions, auditions, and exams. He teaches all ages and all levels (beginner to ARCT) and in various styles (Classical, Jazz, Rock/Pop, Soundtrack, Composition). His students have continued to University and College in Music. As an industry musician, Toshio regularly performs with his original group Hear I Saw A. His music is available for listening on Spotify under the alias Hear I Saw A. I am asking for a donation of a working vehicle for my best friend. We are both 64 years old nd have been friends since for 50 years. He is somewhat disabled, and needs to use a walker to get around. ever since the heat wave this summer i have been going to the long lake pond on herring cove road swimming to cool down. i thought that i want to get in as much time as possible in the water as possible prior to the winter coming on. well i go every day to the pond and swim. i was in yesterday for 1/2 hour. burrrrr !!
the benefits of cold water immersion are many, so i now have decided to go everyday no matter what to go for a dip!

I am a single mother of three children (age 7,5&4). I’m reaching out to try to get some food help. I went to the food bank and unfortunately I did not get very much. We’re looking for caregivers/parents to participate in a survey study specifically designed to meet the needs of parents of children with developmental disabilities. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the wellbeing of children with developmental disabilities and their families. It may also add difficulties to accessing mental health support. We developed an e-health program to improve the wellbeing of parents of children with developmental disabilities by giving parents access to the 90Second health letters.The 90SecondParent Wellbeing is a series of health letters that addresses topics relevant for parents of children with developmental disabilities. It combines evidence-based health information with actionable tips to improve parents’ wellbeing. Each 90SecondParent Wellbeing health letter is divided into five sections: an introduction, a call-to-action section, a brief self-assessment, a personal account, and a rating section. Each letter can be delivered to you via email. The program is free of cost.
The study is entirely online, and each survey takes less than 20 mins to complete. Parents receive a $25 gift-card for completing the surveys after they complete all 3 surveys.

HI !!!
ever since the heat wave this summer i have been going to the long lake pond on herring cove road swimming to cool down. i thought that i want to get in as much time as possible in the water as possible prior to the winter coming on. well i go every day to the pond and swim. i was in yesterday for 1/2 hour. burrrrr !!
the benefits of cold water immersion are many, so i now have decided to go everyday no matter what to go for a dip!
anyone interested in joining in on the fun give me a shout and we all can meet anywhere not just that body of water!!
i feel absolutely great health wise since doing this !!!

Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Our Lady of Sorrows) - free information
Why this devotion? The purpose of the Devotion of the Seven Sorrows is to promote union with the sufferings of Christ, through union with the special suffering that Our Lady endured because she was the Mother of God. By uniting ourselves with both the Passion of Christ and His holy Mother, we enter into Jesus’ Heart and honor Him greatly. He is more honored because we have so honored His Mother. to Saint Elizabeth that at the request of Our Lady, Our Lord promised four
principal graces to those devoted to Her Sorrows:
1. That those who before death invoke the divine Mother in the name of
Her Sorrows will obtain true repentance of all their sins;
2. That He will protect all who have this devotion in their tribulations,
and will protect them especially at the hour of death;
3. That He will impress on their minds the remembrance of His Passion;
4. That He will place such devout servants in Mother Mary’s hands to
do with them as She wishes and to obtain for them all the graces She
desires.
In addition to these four graces there are also seven promises attached
to the practice of daily praying seven Hail Mary’s while meditating on Our
Lady’s Tears and Sorrows. These seven promises were revealed to St. Bridget
of Sweden:
1. “I will grant peace to their families.”
2. “They will be enlightened about the divine Mysteries.”
3. “I will console them in their pains and I will accompany them in
their work.”
4. “I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose
the adorable will of My divine Son or the sanctification of their
souls.”
5. “I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy
and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.”
6. “I will visibly help them at the moment of their death — they will see
the face of their Mother.”
7. “I have obtained this grace from My divine Son, that those who
propagate this devotion to My tears and sorrows will be taken directly
from this earthly life to eternal happiness, since all their sins will be
forgiven and My Son will be their eternal consolation and joy.”
