Looking for small piece of land to use/rent

Hi there, I am looking to use/rent a small piece of someone’s land to build a large greenhouse. The dimensions would be 20’W x 60’L x 10’H. I don’t have enough money yet to buy my own land to set this up. But I’m looking to grow all sorts of different plants to sell. I would be willing to pay the land owner a fair amount of money for the size of land used as well.
