Meditation Gathering
We are a small group of people who have been meeting weekly for the purpose of practicing meditation and mindfulness. We are open to welcoming new people !
Nothing is required apart from your participation. There are no fees, no registration forms, no personal information requested and we are not concerned with any life style choices, or religious or political affiliations.
We are simply offering a place where people can meet, sit in silence, and to be comfortable with silence versus needing to fill a room with our stories and life events. What is life and why are we here are welcomed questions.
Until restrictions are softened because of COVID-19, we are currently meeting on ZOOM on the internet.
Each week we send a link to a Zoom meeting room and you will require a device connected to the internet in which there are speakers and a microphone turned on for use.
There is nothing to know in advance, and there is no one leading the group as a teacher or as a guide. We are simply using the presence of others to make our gatherings inspirational through a group effort.
