P3 QA Integrator - Sr

Onsite or remote: Minimum 2 days onsite per week at the Montreal office or as required by the team.
The Sr. Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products and projects meet defined quality standards.
The lead develops, conducts and evaluates application audits and testing processes if they don't exist or ensures the evolution, governance and delivery of existing processes in place.
The lead is a leader. They are collaborative, versatile and love to learn. They act as a coach for all employees on quality assurance best practices, methodology, implementation and monitoring and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the end to end test strategies for all applications, system products and projects within their prevue.
They are responsible to ensure that detailed reporting is available at a team and executive level with regards to the delivery and quality of testing efforts representing the number of test cases automated, passed, failed, defects, etc. They are responsible for ensuring that all test plans, strategies, test sets and results are documented and updated on a regular basis.
The lead has an in depth and hands on knowledge of automated testing tools, continuous testing, frameworks and quality control and assurance approaches. They are an expert in front and back-end development, well versed in DevOps best practices and implementation, and security best practices.
In order to be successful in the role, the lead must also be well versed in Financial Markets, specifically middle and back-office operations, but understanding the nuances of the full trade lifecycle and its implications and requirements in the context of a Bank would be an asset. They must be hands on in the code and the automation of testing and act as the go to for guidance and strategy for the PM's and project/delivery teams.
