Proposal Administrative Support
Description
The sales support team plays a vital role in improving efficiency and
sales productivity through our leadership in process support and governance presale. People are at the heart of everything we do - in everything we do and business strategies - and that is what makes us successful and proven to advance our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide administrative support to the sales team and proposal management group for RFP searches and workload management.
Search a pre-arranged list of websites for opportunities where sales
can bid.
Send potential opportunities to the sales team.
Create workload tracking entries for the proposal management group.
Handle various inquiries from customers and internal departments.
Manage special projects throughout the year as required.
Perform related duties as required. May perform other duties as required needs.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests based on their respective priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and communication skills verbal.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage demands as required.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Bilingual French/English
Knowledge of the sales cycle
The minimum level of education required is the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
in Ontario, the Quebec Secondary School Leaving Certificate in Quebec, or experience equivalent professional.

Flexible work profile: Mobile (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
All team members must reside in Canada and be within a reasonable distance from their place of work in order to be able to come to the office as needed, whether the visit is planned or not.
