Residential Sales Representative — Uncapped INCOME
Toronto, ON | Full-Time / Permanent

• 18+, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Flexible with hours — we connect with customers when they’re available
• Sales or direct marketing experience is a plus, but we train the right people
• Driven to grow, both personally and professionally
What you’ll do:
You’ll represent Alarm Guard face-to-face across two channels:
• Events — home shows, fairs, and community activations
• Residential — managing your own territory and building homeowner relationships
You’ll qualify prospects, build rapport, and help families protect what matters most to them.
