Las Terrenas is one of the prettiest coastal towns in Dominican Republic. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours. Our condominium is in “La Fenice” residential gated complex with two swimming pools, 24 hours security on the site. This complex is located in eastern part of the Las Terrenas village, 7 minutes’ walk from village’s center and only 50 meters from gold and white sands of Punta Popy.
It’s a recent construction, modern design. 600 square feet condo has one bedroom: with queen size bed; full kitchen; salon; one bath; private terrace. Our beautifully decorated condominium overlooks fantastic resort-type setting. The kitchen is open to the living room and well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone.
