We’re a professional couple in our 30/40’s looking for home for the next year or two in Duncan or greater Cowichan Valley. I’m a midwife, working in a local Duncan practice, and my partner is a stone sculptor.
We are looking for a 2 bedroom home with a yard and a garage/shed. We don’t have pets but are planning on building a tiny home/van this coming summer and would like somewhere on the property to work on it. We are very open to sharing property with others, however an independent living space would be essential for us. We are quiet and private, enjoy living simply and are environmentally conscious. We would like to grow veggies if there is space or are happy to share in garden work. We both have 9 years of house and pet caring experience, on rural and farm properties as well as in the city, and would be open to flexible care-taking situations if the opportunity arose.
