1970’s Land and Sea Project Boat

The craft is in very solid condition structurally.
The flaws as I can surmise from inspection are as follows and per the pictures.
There are no upper helm seats.
Upper helm Fiberglas. Surface cracking.
Less but surface cracking on front and rear exterior decks.
Railing in good shape except for one separated connection.
Obviously motor pod empty but ready for new install.
The interior is dated but certainly recoverable. It’s all there but is a major part of the “project”. Note there are 14 drawers. Lots of storage.
We have done a primary clean and bleach mould treatment.
The roof air conditioning was removed hence the shingles on the roof.
We floated the boat when the motor was in with no issues.
I feel confident that it can deliver good results but don’t forget the word “project”.Options:
Complete good running used Merc 454 Cw transom Outdrive, transom, controls etc. $13,000 CAD installed
Newer Highlander dual axle trailer $12,000 CAD

needs some wiring upgrade but still turns over, possibly good to go but definitely for parts, new prop included. Any offer will be considered
