Great camper! Winter model with thermal windows and insulated underbelly. In the past 2 years - new queen comfy mattress, new rubber roof and rubber seals on the slideouts. Bunkhouse in the back could sleep 3. 2 upper beds and you could fit a futon or couch under the one but I removed the one that was in there for more play space.
TONS OF STORAGE!!
1 exterior door into the main living area and the rear door leads directly into the bathroom. Bathroom has corner shower with small diamond shaped bathtub and ceiling fan/vent. The kitchen has lots of space with fold down counter. Lots of pantry space. Great quality camper, if you know Outdoors RV and the Timber Ridge line.
Tires are in great shape and brakes work well.
I bought it from a family who had it since new. They only used it in the summers and it was well taken care of. We have lived in it this winter, but my truck can't haul it and I don't want to keep paying someone else to haul it for us so I need to downsize.
Could go anytime, although with a deposit I am willing to hold it until May.
