Every night was a theme night, and a wonderful night out...VERY ROMANTIC! The days are filled with activities and games...you can watch or participate...but VERY entertaining. The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total. Bonjour à tous. Pour des raisons personnelles, nous devons quitter notre condo plus tôt que prévu. Donc, voici les dates disponibles et une description de l’endroit. Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Au plaisir d’avoir de vos nouvelles et surtout de vous avoir comme invité. Linda & Claude

Bonjour. Avis aux intéressés. Notre condo situé en plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen est encore disponible pour quelques semaines cet été et cet automne. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur le site ci-joint, il est à proximité de tout. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable (nous avons même ajouté cette année 1 Air Fry double, 1 cafetière Nespresso, 1 BBQ électrique, 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol). Si vous craignez le bruit…pas de problème la chambre est munie d’une fenêtre anti-bruit pour un sommeil profond. Si vous êtes intéressé, communiquez avec moi en privé pour des prix avantageux.
