Student Works Painting North Delta is a local residential/commercial painting enterprise, providing quality home-care, from power-washing residential exteriors to preparation and painting, with a special emphasis on exemplary customer relations, and our stellar employees are trained and celebrated for this talent.

We are looking for the absolute hardest-working, most efficient people in North Delta, British Columbia, who want to join a family of awesome staff and team culture, who are also looking to earn what they are worth and optimize their cash flow!

We are looking to hire our team, starting in the early spring of 2023!

About the position:
This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable and has effective communication skills. You will be sometimes required to work at heights or for long hours in warm weather so needless to say endurance and prior labour experience is also an asset.

- Fast paced, fun environment with incentivized pay scale.
- Hands-on experience in customer service and communication
- Work outdoors with other enthusiastic and like-minded people!
- Labour/power-washing/painting experience an asset, but no experience is necessary. All training will be provided, both off and on-the-job!
- We are also currently hiring Site Supervisors for 2023 as well, so mention during our interview if you would like to be considered for this position!

Benefits:
- Full training on how to power-wash/prepare/paint the interior and exterior of homes/commercial buildings, along with top notch safety training.
- Frequent opportunities for raises based on proven skill and additional responsibilities taken on after start date.
- Pay exceeding $25/hr for exemplary workers (Starting rate dependent on experience!)
- Excellent training and strong mentorship provided during P.A.D (performance, availability and discussion) meetings!

Requirements:
- Positive attitude (We will hire for attitude and train for skill!)
- Able to work full-time throughout the the contracted term (all vacation time and requested days off must be reported AT LEAST one month in advance)
- Must have own reliable transportation. Job-sites change frequently, sometimes midday or day-to-day, so full-time access to a vehicle is a must!
- Ability to work from ladders/roofs (if you are afraid of heights, this job is not for you!)
- Ability to ensure proper time management and punctuality (lateness is not tolerated)
