Auto Reconditioning Technician / Detailer / Prep Helper

Small used car dealership looking for a reliable person to help with vehicle reconditioning.

This position is best for someone with hands-on experience in detailing, polishing, prep work, light repair, or body shop helper work. You do not need to be a Red Seal autobody technician, but you must have some real automotive experience and be willing to work carefully and efficiently.

Work may include:

Washing, interior and exterior detailing
Machine polishing and paint correction
Wet sanding small defects
Scratch improvement and touch-ups
Removing/installing bumpers, lights, trim, wheels, small parts
Sanding, masking, primer/paint prep
Minor body repair or bumper repair, if you have experience
Light maintenance work such as fluids, wheels, brakes, basic repairs
Helping prepare vehicles for sale

Pay:
$22–28/hour depending on experience, speed, and quality.
Starting rate depends on skill level. Paid trial shift available.

This is not mobile retail detailing work. Tools, materials, vehicles, and work are provided. Good fit for someone who wants steady work, more experience, and responsibility in vehicle reconditioning.

Location:
Surrey/Langley area

Schedule:
Part-time or full-time possible. Flexible schedule may be available.

Requirements:

Some auto detailing, polishing, prep, or body shop experience
Reliable and on time
Able to work efficiently without damaging vehicles
Good attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Own basic tools are an asset, but not required
