My mom and I are looking for someone to rent out a bedroom in our 3 bdrm 1.5 bathroom home! We are looking for a long-term subletter who will have access to cable, internet, water and hydro. Both my mom and I work full time while I also go to school full time so we are not home often. We are in the process of upgrading the room as well so it will have fresh paint and furniture included. In addition to this, we also have a garage space for storage. The water bill comes every other month which will be $25 extra for each of us in the house.
We do have a bathroom you can use as your own however the shower will be shared.
