Looking for a true fishing getaway in the Ottawa Valley? This waterfront farmhouse on Constant Lake offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, direct lake access, two private docks, and excellent bass, pike, and walleye fishing. Bring your boat, launch nearby, and spend your days on the water before returning to a quiet lakeside setting away from crowded resorts and busy campgrounds.
The farmhouse features three bedrooms, two full three-piece bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ, making it ideal for fishing trips, family vacations, or outdoor enthusiasts looking for a comfortable home base.
Constant Lake is known for producing quality largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, and walleye. Bass and pike can often be caught right from shore or from the docks, while deeper areas of the lake offer excellent opportunities for walleye fishing. Guests are welcome to bring their own boats, with a private launch located just minutes away and a public launch approximately eight minutes from the property.
Two small docks provide convenient waterfront access, and small aluminum boats may be available for launching directly from the property.
The property itself remains peaceful and uncrowded, with only a handful of accommodations located on-site. Guests can enjoy the outdoors, explore the surrounding Ottawa Valley, or simply relax and enjoy the natural setting.

Beautiful Vacation rental by the Beach on a private land in Green Point NB, with a boat ramp leading to the beach, 10 minutes away from Petit Rocher. Cozy trailer sleeps 4 people, Queen bed and kitchen table transformes into a double bed. All utilities included with all linen, towels and kitchen accessories. BBQ and picnic table on deck. Outside fireplace in front of patio. Pets are allowed on a leash. You are responsible for scooping poop.
You can enjoy our delicious Atlantic Lobster during the season for only $9/ lbs, cooked and served on demand. Mackerel fishing boat excursion also available. Also kayak rental available. Sounds too good to be true?! But it is! Come and live this experience. You will feel like it’s “Home”.
Rental fee is $1000 a week which can be payed by cash or e-transfer only at your arrival. A $300 damage deposit is required at the moment of the reservation. It will be given back at your departure if no damage is found. Call Gisèle at 506-987-0202.
