2014 KLR 650.
31,000 km
(more images coming soon...)
Looking for $4750.It’s a KLR which means it’ll out live us all.
Is it a sexy bike? No.
Does it get you to your destination reliably? Yes.
Don’t believe me?
Ask Ryan from FortNine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvGZS5fqxrkI bought it off the second owner last year. Put a few thousand km’s this past season on a couple weekend trips and some time around Squamish on some logging roads.
I’ve had zero issues with it and think it’s a great bike. Here’s all the good stuff
.
- New Kronos Adjustable Windscreen $150 USD (Just installed this winter)
- Ran wiring for a new fuse block to for the Kronos Dash. Haven’t installed it yet.
- New Eagle Mike Petcock upgrade $40 USD( https://www.eaglemike.com/Manual-Petcock-for-KLR650-Back-in-stock-mpcy.htm)
- New Shinko 700 Rear tire.
- New Spare set of brake pads.
- NEw spark plug
- New Oil change in October less than 50km since.
- New coolant IN October.
- Upgraded rear rim to tubeless (December 2020)
- Adjustable levers ( installed at end of season)
- Happy Trails Skid Plate $150 USD ( Only 1 season of use)
- Bark Busters
- Tire Pressure Monitor. (Not Yet installed)Here’s all the bad stuff.
- Plastics have some scratches from the occasional logging road and trail put down.
- The Tank has some scratches and dents.Would I hop on it tomorrow and head across Canada… Yes of course. Although it’s way too cold right now. I’d say I’d head south but I don’t think covid is allowing that.
I’m only selling because I just got a new bike and don’t need both.

Clutch blown and 2nd and 3rd gear need to be reefed on to shift. Would be in good hands with a wrench twister to rebuild the engine or part out. Tank, fenders and chassis in great shape. Optional leather saddlebags for $100 and/or tank bag for $50.
It was an awesome little cruiser that I took to San Francisco and back in 2014, ran great but a little too hot as these 80's Honda's do. $500.

I’m only selling because I want to get some smaller to use in some of the local enduro events.
So I’m open to trades for a 250-450 dual sport bike. ideally I’m hoping to get a Honda crf250L Rally. If by some miracle you’re a Honda Rally owner who needs a KLR… please let me know.
