Very nice layout has a queen bed up front and a double bed in the back with a single bunk up top. Couch and table also fold to a bed. The trailer has 4 new tires and rims and a new spare tire and rim as well. The new awning is powered. Rear bath w/tub, toilet and sink. The kitchen has a 3 burner range, double kitchen sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. Ample storage and cabinets. Everything works as it should. A/C blows ice cold. The trailer has been VERY well kept. Trailer is near Campbellford and requires pick-up by the buyer.
