Coach Adam has been doing martial arts for twenty years, specializing in karate and kickboxing-based striking, dirty boxing, and MMA wrestling takedowns from the clinch, including fundamental submission grappling skills.
He also teaches self-defense skills.
He can help prepare people for competition, but the focus of his lessons is to teach beginners and intermediate people about the love of martial arts and exploration. Not just casual people training, but those that want in-depth practice.
It's good exercise, it's fun, and it's the pleasure of mastering an art.
Sessions are private and semi-private. Sessions are charged per session more than per hour. If you can handle more than an hour of training, sessions will go longer.

This year has presented me with major health issues and things have been changing quickly. I made decisions years ago that would and have resulted me in the situation that I am in now. I’m saddened to write this as we have been at our spot for the last 2+ years.. the owners have decided to officially sell the farm. We are two young, very hard working, dedicated people looking for somewhere new to call home. We live fulltime out of our 27ft fifth wheel with our four dogs, indoors cats, and 13 chickens. Hello my name is Melissa. My son, daughter in-law and 8 month old grandson. We are desperate to raise money for our rental house in cold lake so we can finally make the move for my job with the Canadian Armed Forces (civilian) and my son can play for the cold lake fighter jets and be able to start his job. We have been on this battle for sure a long time and feeling helpless. We are all living in separate place which are both over crowded and not a good place for use to be. Hey so today I am supposed to have my payment in for my place and we are roughly 100$ short give or take a few bucks but I have no way to pull cash from my account besides with a cheque cuz I lost my wallet and I can't deposit a cheque I have for my self because I m don't have my ID so I'm looking for someone who can either cash a government cheque of mine or who can cash one I write out to them. So please if there is anyone out there cab you please get ahold of me as soon as possible even if you just want to donate some cash to help us get closer every bit helps and is appreciated thank you

My one friend suggested I make myself a kijiji account and just make a post basically telling what kind of situation I’m in currently..
So here it is… my dad had past away a couple months ago, from lung cancer.. and ever since he died my mom and I have had no luck with a source of steady income. I get little side jobs here and there and what ever money I make it goes straight to her to try help with what ever possible .. expenses are piling up.. fridge has grown quite empty.. I’m currently searching for a job. ANY at this point would be an absolute god sent.. I just don’t know what to do and I was just wondering if someone or somebody has the heart to help in any way possible or even help me with maybe listing some easily accessible resources I would highly appreciate it more then you would ever know! And please I don’t need no bashing or negative comments lifes hard already and it hurts :( I hope you all understand .. I don’t plan to be in this position forever just right now I need help to get myself out there again :( ..
