We are starting to taking bookings for 2025 dates, as we are in a cold season and not common time to process birds for end of 2024.
If you are thinking of butchering your own chickens and Turkeys (a small number or 1st time thinning out your flock) we have the equipment to rent that makes the job easier.We supply most of the equipment, all you will need is a sharp knife, cutting boards, table & propane.
Chicken plucker (2 birds at a time or 1 turkey) $60 rental per day. If multiple days will be $50/day. (Deposit on Plucker only is $200)
Propane stove burners (you supply the propane) with one 30 quart scalding pot with thermometer $30 rental per day.
Processing stand with 3 different sized cones $20 rental per day.
Whole package $100 rental/day (Multi-day rentals at $80/day).
Deposit up to $400 for full set up, is required (that is refunded when the equipment is returned clean and undamaged.)
We can also provide assistance (from helping to set up equipment - teaching how to process birds - or assist in processing ). Pricing vary best to contact and discuss details.

The pups will mature to roughly btw 120LB - 170LB. These dogs are Coyote Killers, Alert Systems, and my favourite part - they’re my 8 year old’s body guards wherever she goes on the farm. These dogs are CONSTANTLY working for you - they are amazing with livestock (minus the King Shepherd and chickens - but we got her at 11 months old, I think if we had her as a pup she would be fine with chickens, as the Sarplaninac is amazing with ALL ANIMALS big and small... I regularly walk outside to find 3-5 cats sleeping on top of him lol)**

Things to note:
1. The goats must be under 2 weeks old
2. There is a chance for scurs its not something we can guarantee won't happen. we do our best to avoid it though.
