This 1200 sq. ft, second floor traditionally styled condo features 2 bedrooms (king sized in main, king sized with double bunk in guest room) and 2, 3 piece bathrooms. There are no elevators as the building has only 3 stories. So there are two easy flights of stairs, with hand rails, to the unit. It comes fully furnished and outfitted for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, a washing machine (with indoor drying lines)...everything you need, bedding, towels, etc. Just bring your suitcase and toiletries!
There is a large beautiful private terrace accessible from both living room and master bedroom overlooking the common area pool and garden courtyard.
This condo is in a 30 unit building named Aqua Terra and located in a very central area, probably the most awesome location in the city....a super "walk everywhere" location on 34 Calle between 20 and 25 avenida. It is only 3 blocks to most public beaches, famous 5th Avenue, and grocery stores, great cafes and bars, cantinas and lots of musical entertainment. I still love it there after many years!

Have you been coming to Playa and area for years and need a change or are you new and want to explore with some support from me:)
My cute Studio is (290 sq ft. 23 m2) located 20 mins south of Playa del Carmen on my property, might be what you're looking for. You'll have a giant private pool/ FINA 25m double swim lane too!! The Studio is for adults only (2) and only non-smokers please. I will allow a small dog, but we need to chat about that. The property is less than 5 km from XpuHa beach, and you can take the bikes, a mini bus or even walk (though it's down the highway) to hit numerous beach accesses and clubs/rest. Puerto Aventuras/Playa to the north & Tulum/Akumal to the south. Perfectly located in the middle. Rent a car if you'd like and you'll have the ultimate experience exploring Quintana Roo/Yucatan- head to Chichen Itza or Bacalar for a day or two, and I have a scooter (rent) too. I can be your support and guide if you like:)There is a queen bed, a fantastic mattress with a foam topper, bamboo protector, wardrobe and 43” Sharp/SMART/Roku TV. The bathroom and shower are together- think modern, with floor to ceiling tiles and a sweet bidet! The Studio is detached, separate from the main house (my place), a standalone building located on 1.5 acres of jungle, with parking directly in front of the unit.
Studio Muluk Kin is outfitted with premium sheets and towels. I will exchange the towels and sheets on a regular basis, though you would be responsible for the T-towels, and other small items, in-suite washer (no dryer, hang to dry outside/I have a dryer for urgent drying:)). Equipped with a remote-controlled air conditioner (mini split), ceiling fan and a screen door and window screens; believe me, some places have no screens:(The studio is well appointed, fully equipped with a kitchen; small fridge/freezer, induction burner, Cuisinart panini press/griddle, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, blender and more - and if you need something specific, I will put it into the studio for you- e.g., food processer, blender, ice-cream maker- teehee etc. There is also a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker. I always keep it fully stocked with shampoo/cond, body wash, laundry and dish soap, paper towels; everything you will need for your stay.
It's ideal for those coming for Tri's, or training for one, swimmers of course of any sort, and divers or someone that is tired of the 'resort scene. Or, perhaps you just need a Zen place to hang out- you will love the unique birds and iguanas, that only a jungle can give you.

Every night was a theme night, and a wonderful night out...VERY ROMANTIC! The days are filled with activities and games...you can watch or participate...but VERY entertaining. The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!
So, if you want to have the time of your life and create some great memories, take it from us, this is the place to go!

Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2 bedrooms loft, 2.5 bathrooms, Located on the beach of Banderas Bay-Nuevo Vallarta. This condo sleeps 2-6 people. Offers a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with gorgeous maintained gardens.
The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.
This complex offers a beautiful gated and secured community in Nuevo Vallarta, has two infinity pools and a wet pool on the beach.
The unit provides Smart TV, WIFI Internet connection and it is in close proximity to neighbouring resorts (the Riu Palace Pacifico Hotel and Riu Jalisco Resort) so you can participate in many activities down the beach.

The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!
So, if you want to have the time of your life and create some great memories, take it from us, this is the place to go!

This is a private, physically separate, casita with a large, covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. The property is quiet, secure and just a short walk to the beach or a quick bus or cab ride into town.
Designed as a geodesic dome, this casita has a high ceiling and a spacious "not square shoebox" feeling. It is approximately 300 sq ft. (28m2) inside. There are fans as well as air conditioning.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with fridge and (gas) stove with oven, basic dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment.
The 250 sq. ft. (23m2) brick patio is roofed over and shaded. The patio and kitchen are for the guests' exclusive use during their stay.
