As needed maintenance person required

Looking for a person not afraid of work, not that the work here is hard or strenuous. Person who can lift 50 lbs from time to time, clean, paint and crack fill, light electrical. Just general maintenance around property. 24 hour notice unless the sky is falling. 20.00 per hour paid at end of work. If interested get back..thanks
