Bienvenue chez nous, dans un appartement deux niveaux, tout fraîchement rénové et décoré avec soin.
Notre appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un ensemble comprenant 3 étages et divisé en 6 unités.
En arrivant chez nous, au premier étage, vous trouverez une très grande entrée, la chambre parentale, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, la cuisine toute équipée et ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger.
Au sous-sol, vous trouverez les deux chambres (enfants), une buanderie, une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC et une pièce familiale comprenant un canapé-lit (deux places), de très nombreux jeux et deux bureaux.
Une terrasse extérieure ainsi qu'un jardin privatif clos vous permettront de profiter de l'extérieur.
En plein coeur du quartier d'Outremont, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous, avec tous les commerces de proximité (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, crèmerie...), mais aussi des services de loisirs qui raviront petits et grands ( de nombreux parcs accessibles à pied en 5 minutes, une piscine publique de quartier dans le parc Kennedy, de nombreux traiteurs, restaurants, cafés avec terrasse) pour passer du bon temps dans le coin.
Aussi, l'appartement se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Outremont (ligne bleue), vous permettant de circuler dans tous les autres quartiers de la ville sans difficulté. 4 lignes de métro desservent la ville, mais aussi le REM ( à une station de métro, Edouard-Montpetit) et de nombreuses lignes de bus.
